Shop in the U.S.A. and have packages forwarded to you

Many products are much less expensive in the U.S.A. thanks to the weak dollar value and strong competition. Many U.S. sellers do not ship directly to international addresses. Now you can shop online on sites like eBay, Amazon, and BestBuy and we will ship the packages to you. We can also assist with purchases and arrange payment if you do not own a credit card.

Why not use the opportunity and purchase from online shops in the U.S.A. (eBay.com, Amazon.com, Buy.com, etc.). Even if they don't ship internationally. We can help!
1. Shop in any U.S. online store
Unfortunately some stores do not offer shipping for international customers, because their policy is to ship only to a U.S. address. We have solved that problem. You can purchase a product in any store and have it shipped to our U.S. address.
You can shop in any U.S. store and have packages mailed to your address in California. Your address will look like this:

You will get your box number in the email. Just fill out an application below and we will send you your mail box number when we process your order.

If you don't want to have c/o Cargo Agents, Inc. in your address for any items that will be mailed to you (USPS) please send us
notarized 1583 form.

For any items that are shipped to you via UPS or FedEx you will not need to fill in the form mentioned above as this is only for itesm that would be sent to you by US Mail.
2. We will receive your package
When we receive your package, we will notify you by email. We will enter about sender and tracking number so it will be easy for you to identify the package.
We will calculate postage to your country, and we will also ask you to complete Customs declaration and Mail Acceptance Policy (package content and value). This information is required for international shipping, and we are not able to send package without this information.
When you are not sure what is inside the package (for example if merchant divides one purchase into multiple packages), we can open it and check the content. Use SPECIAL REQUEST on your account.
3. We will ship the package to you
Once you select the shipping method and let us know to ship the package we will do it. You have options like USPS Priority, Express, Flat Rate (box and envelope), FedEx or Air Mail. You will see available options depending on package dimensions and weight. Feel free to use Shipping Calculator and the International Mail Rate Calculator to see your options.
How much does it cost?
If the shipment is over 45 lbs., (20 kilos) it should be sent to one of our airfreight or ocean freight terminals. We can advise you the specific location based on the location of your supplier or if the shipment is to be shipped via air or ocean.
The service charges are as follows:
1. For any shipments that are sent to our office to be shipped out again by mail or courier we change as follows:
  • For One delivery to us: $15.00
  • For two to five deliveries to us: $10.00 per item
  • For six to twelve deliveries to us: $8.00 per item
* If you want us to consolidate or group your items that we have received over a period of time into one box to cut down on the shipping costs we can do that but there would be an additional charge depending on the number of items, their overall size and weight and how much additional packing material and the box that is needed to hold them.
Please also add the actual cost of the postage and or courier with a 15% service fee on top of the actual postal or courier costs.
2. For any shipments over 45 lbs. that are sent to one of our terminals and shipped out to you by air or ocean freight we charge $35.00 per shipment for the Bill of Lading charges plus the shipping charges as quoted to you on a case by case shipment basis.
3. If you want us to pay your supplier on your behalf we charge a 12% service charge on top of the actual amounts paid to your supplier plus a $25.00 per transaction fee. We will pay your supplier and give you the quote for the shipping either from the supplier's door or from our terminal if the supplier will deliver to us. We will give you one total invoice and ask you to arrange remittance to us. We will pay your supplier, ship he goods as per your instructions and handle all the shipping documents and send to you all the original documents by mail or courier.
Information and Resources
USPS Express Mail
Relatively fast and reliable with tracking. Our contract with USPS doesn't allow guarantee for speed of delivery (postage is not refundable on delayed shipment). Very good option for expensive packages because insurance is cheaper than on Priority Mail. Size limitations depending on country. Maximum length is usually 36" (some countries allow 60"). Length + (2 x width) + (2 x height) less than 79 inches (some countries allow less than 108 inches). Tracking is not very reliable. Sometimes package still shows as on the way, but it is already in customs in the target country. It is recommended to contact your local customs office when looking for a package. USPS tracking number often work with your local country postal service tracking.
USPS Priority Mail
Slower and cheaper than Express Mail. Offers tracking. Size limitations depending on country. Size limitation is 42 inches maximum length (some countries 60 inches). Length + (2 x width) + (2 x height) less than 79 inches (some countries allow less than 108 inches).
Tracking is not very reliable. Sometimes package still shows as on the way, but it is already in customs in the target country. It is recommended to contact your local customs office when looking for a package. USPS tracking number often work with your local country postal service tracking. We recommend FedEx for the most accurate tracking.
USPS Flat rate box and Flat rate envelope
USPS Flat rate boxes  are a great way to save on Heavy packages, as long as the package does not exceed 20 pounds (9.07 kg), or 4 lbs. for Flat-Rate Envelope. USPS offers different options:
  • Flat Rate box 1: 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" (27.94 x 21.59 x 13.97 cm) 
  • Flat Rate box 2: 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" (34.60 x 30.16 x 8.57 cm)
  • Large Flat Rate Box: 12" x 12" x 5-1/2" (30.48 x 30.48 x 14 cm)
  • Flat Rate envelope: 12.5" x 9.5" (31.75 x 24.13 cm). Max. weight 4 lbs.
Note: When shipping lighter Items such as clothing, Regular Priority Mail is more economical.
Tracking and insurance is not available for Priority Mail International Small Flat-Rate Box and Flat-Rate Envelope.
Flat rate box can be selected only through Special request on your account.
USPS First class mail
No insurance and no tracking available. Please use it only for low cost items as we are not able to insure the First Class mail packages.
Very fast and very reliable. Offers better tracking than USPS. We offer both FedEx Priority and Economy service. Size limits: Max. length 108 inches. Length + (2 x width) + (2 x height) less than 130 inches. Our contract with FedEx doesn't allow guarantee for speed of delivery due to the discounts we get.
If you use FedEx please pay attention to tracking number. FedEx will attempt to contact you regarding customs duty in your country. You either have to clear customs yourself or authorize FedEx to do it for you. You will do it with your local FedEx branch. Call them once you see your package arrived in your country. If the FedEx is not able to contact you they might keep package for 5 days and either send it back or destroy it. Due to the high cost of sending it back (usually triple of our rates) we strongly recommend that you keep track of incoming packages and communicate with FedEx.  Bigger packages might be sent through FedEx freight.
Air Mail
Good inexpensive options for smaller packages. Perfect for books, magazines, CDs, t-shirts, etc. There is no tracking number. That means that package cannot be tracked in any way. We recommend other shipping methods for valuable items.
Insurance is available for Airmail Priority service (except some countries like Brazil), Airmail Economy cannot be insured.
Maximum value of each package cannot be over $1000. Package travels from our California warehouse by air plane to your country. There it is given to your local post office which will deliver the package to you.
Maximum length is 59 inches, maximum combined dimensions (length + girth, or L + 2xW + 2xH) must be less than 118 inches, and maximum weight is 66 lbs. Air Mail delivery typically takes 5-8 business days for Priority and 7-14 business days for Economy service.
New service: Airmail Express to Russia and Ukraine with tracking number and insurance. Packages are delivered to Belgium post and from there by EMS to Russia/Ukraine. Delivery should be about approximately 15 days (there is no guarantee for speed of delivery). The pricing is the same as USPS Express mail. Special 10% discount offered till end of September 2012. Insurance is 0.7% from the value of products and $10 surcharge for packages with value over $500.
Please note that delivery of Airmail packages from Tualatin, OR location may take 1-3 days longer than from California.
FedEx Freight
For packages with billing weight over 150 lbs. (68kg). This can be either dimensional weight or real weight. Also can be used for multiple packages, which can be placed on pallet and shipped to you.
When checking the quotes please consider that weight of pallet and packaging material must be added to the total weight. FedEx freight will deliver to your address (should be commercial address). They will deliver to side walk. You are responsible for inside delivery and unpacking. Light and big packages might be mailed without pallets.
Maximum size for FedEx Freight is 119 x 80 x 70 inches (302 x 203 x 177 cm), maximum weight 2200 lbs. (997 kg).
DHL quote is shown in the calculator if it is available in selected Our location. Customer is responsible to make sure no restricted items are being shipped. DHL list of restricted items.
TNT is available on if see it on the shipping calculator in all locations. We offer two different service levels, TNT Express (2-4 business days), and TNT Economy (4-6 business days). Delivery from Tualatin, OR location may take 1-2 days longer than from California.
Please note, that TNT Express is cheaper and faster than TNT Economy to most countries. This is because TNT Express rates are highly discounted; discounts for TNT Economy are not that high.

NEW: MPS (Multiple-Piece Shipment)
MPS allows you to save on shipping if you ship more than one package to the same delivery address. MPS is available for every client with Virtual Mailbox for FedEx Economy and Priority, DHL Express and TNT Express shipping methods.
How to request MPS Shipment
Very often, shipping to the same address can get you additional 10-40% discount, but sometimes MPS shipping is more expensive than shipping separately. You can usually get the best discounts if you ship several light and small packages. On the other hand, shipping of very heavy packages using MPS is not that beneficial
We will ship package with maximum value less than $2,500 because of complicated regulations and reporting for more expensive packages (EEI Electronic Export Information - SED Shipper's Export Declaration). In case you want us to prepare EEI we charge $40 + $10 per item in the package for FedEx shipments only, but we strongly recommend re-packing and keeping value of each package below $2,500.

Are there any items that cannot be shipped?
There are some items that are restricted and cannot be shipped with any carrier. This includes:
  • Firearms parts, gun parts, scope, red dot sight, reflex sight, ammunition etc.
  • Any restricted items under ITAR, Department of Commerce, US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of State and the US Department of Treasury.
  • Flammable items
  • Pornography
  • Explosive material
  • Corrosive materials
  • Human remains
  • Live or dead plants or animals
  • any Electronic equipment or any equipment that requires ECCN# (Export Control Classification Number). For carrier restrictions you can check the list on the calculator directly.
