We can offer you our services to receive any goods, packages or cargo at either our New York office or to any one of our 12 terminals throughout the US and Canada.

If the shipment is over 45 lbs., (20 kgs.) it should be sent to one of our airfreight or ocean freight terminals. We can advise you the specific location based on the location of your supplier or if the shipment is to be shipped via air or ocean.
The service charges are as follows:
- For any shipments that are sent to our office to be shipped out again by mail or courier we change $35.00 per shipment plus the actual cost of the postage and or courier with a 15% service fee on top of the actual courier costs.
- For any shipments over 45 lbs. that are sent to one of our terminals and shipped out to you by air or ocean freight we charge $35.00 per shipment for the Bill of Lading charges plus the shipping charges as quoted to you on a case by case shipment basis.
- If you want us to pay your supplier on your behalf we charge a 12% service charge on top of the actual amounts paid to your supplier plus a $25.00 per transaction fee. We will pay your supplier and give you the quote for the shipping either from the supplier's door or from our terminal if the supplier will deliver to us. We will give you one total invoice and ask you to arrange remittance to us. We will pay your supplier, ship he goods as per your instructions and handle all the shipping documents and send to you all the original documents by mail or courier.

Special Notice about the use of stolen credit cards to purchase goods in the USA
We have been contacted by the U.S. Customs Service (US Government) advising us that they have become concerned about many people from Nigeria ordering goods by the Internet and via mail with US firms using 'Stolen' credit cards.
They advised us that they want to inspect such shipments to make sure that they have not been purchased using stolen or fraudulent credit cards. It is not normally our business how our customer pays for their purchases but as the supplies ship the goods to our address we can get into trouble for accepting goods that are purchased using stolen credit cards. We have also been contacted by the Police Department as they have been alerted by some of the suppliers such as Staples and other firms that they have been the victim of people from Nigeria and other places using stolen or otherwise fraudulent credit cards and also bogus checks.

Based on the above in order to ship receive any goods we would need confirmation for each supplier that they authorize release of the goods to be shipped by us.
Otherwise we will return any order back to the senders.
You may also consider using our service to purchase any goods from the suppliers by us on your behalf. In that case we would also you to send us the funds to make any purchases in advance.
We are sorry about this matter as the people doing the bad things make it difficult for the honest people such as you.
